Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing support for Android applications and ensuring their smooth functioning. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Android applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Ensure the smooth functioning of Android applications by monitoring their performance and proactively identifying potential issues.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Android application development and support, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expertise in Android application development.- Additional Must To Have Skills: Experience in Java programming language.- Additional Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of iOS application development, experience with Agile methodologies.- Strong understanding of mobile application development and support.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
