Application Lead

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main contact person. Your typical day will involve leading the team, coordinating project activities, and ensuring successful application implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the team in application design, development, and configuration. - Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. - Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). - Strong understanding of application design and development principles. - Experience in leading application implementation projects. - Knowledge of Oracle Retail suite and related technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). - This position is based at our Manila office.
