Application Lead

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, providing guidance to your team members, and addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication across all levels of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Support team members in their professional development and foster a collaborative work environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Terraform. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and practices. - Experience in automating deployment processes and managing cloud resources. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for managing code changes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Terraform. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
