Application Lead

Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the design, construction, and configuration of applications, serving as the main liaison. Your typical day will involve leading the team, making critical decisions, and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success. Must have AX2012 skills and willing to Shift C: Night - 7PM–5AM or 10PM– 8AM Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application design and development process - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Financial Core Functionality - Strong understanding of ERP systems - Experience in application configuration and customization - Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Must have AX2012 skill Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional - This position is based at our Manila office.
