Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations that drive project success and foster a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members and share best practices to enhance team capabilities. - Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Ivalua. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration of Ivalua with other enterprise systems. - Proficient in data management and reporting within Ivalua. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Ivalua. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required
