Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Summary: As an AI Engineer/Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading a multi-disciplinary technical team to develop complex AI solutions. Your expertise in building generative AI solutions from proof of concept to production state, interfacing with stakeholders, and managing junior resources will directly contribute to our mission of leveraging technology to drive innovation in assessment research. Your work will have a direct impact on our wider mission and values by ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions to our internal and external stakeholders. Landscape: You will lead a multi-disciplinary technical team and have the responsibility of guiding junior resources. Reporting into this role are individual contributors with expertise in AI development, deployment, and infrastructure setup. As a leader within the team, you will interface with internal and external stakeholders, presenting the teams work to the client, and contributing to shaping the solution infrastructure. Activities:

Lead a multi-disciplinary technical team in creating complex AI solutions

Build AI solutions from proof of concept to production state

Develop AI solutions in Azure, including generative AI solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI and other Large and Small Language Models

Deploy Azure-based AI solutions to production environments

Provide input on the solution infrastructure and setup

Interface with internal and external stakeholders, presenting teams work to clients

Build asynchronous applications

Independently work on projects and guide junior resources

Deploy code through Azure Pipelines and Azure DevOps Professional & Technical Skills:

Extensive experience in Python, Pyspark, and Azure SDKs

Proven expertise in developing AI solutions in Azure

Strong understanding of deploying Azure-based AI solutions to production environments

Experience in presenting technical work to clients

Ability to work independently and guide junior resources

Proficiency in building asynchronous applications

Hands-on experience with Azure Pipelines and Azure DevOps

Experience in implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms

Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity

Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure App Service, Microsoft Azure Data Services, PySpark Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python

This position is based at our Manila office Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
