Qualifications

Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and ensuring that the applications function effectively to support organizational goals. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.- Experience with integration tools and techniques related to Workday.- Familiarity with data management and reporting within Workday.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
