Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve user experience and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Proficiency in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other applications and services. - Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionalities. - Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - This position is based at our Manila office.
