Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals and user expectations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments to improve application functionality and user satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SD Sales Order Management. - Strong understanding of business process integration within SAP environments. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules to meet business needs. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to sales order processing. - Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SD Sales Order Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
