Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications are not only functional but also aligned with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring that the applications operate smoothly and efficiently within the organizational framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance application performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience in application development using various programming languages. - Familiarity with API integration and management. - Knowledge of data security and compliance standards relevant to application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - This position is based at our Manila office.
