App Automation Eng Specialist

Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will spend your day analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Your role involves partnering with business teams to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring alignment with process and functional objectives. Additionally, you will engage in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements. - Develop comprehensive process documentation that supports seamless technology integration. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on process improvements. - Monitor and evaluate implemented processes to identify opportunities for optimization. - Support change management efforts by communicating process changes effectively across teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management to ensure process reliability. - Experience with automation tools and monitoring systems to enhance operational efficiency. - Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues to maintain service availability. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration to support scalable solutions. - Proficient in scripting and programming languages relevant to infrastructure automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
