Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. You will engage in iterative development cycles, continuously refining software to enhance performance and usability while adapting to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components seamlessly. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Automation Anywhere. - Strong understanding of robotic process automation concepts and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing automation workflows to optimize business processes. - Familiarity with integrating automation solutions with various enterprise systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues efficiently. - Knowledge of scripting and programming languages to extend automation capabilities.
