As a Benefits Operations Manager within the Asia Pacific Benefits Operations team, you will execute and enhance benefits administration across the region, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver timely support to employees and HR. You will lead vendor relationships, coordinate audits, and drive continuous process improvements. You will use data to inform decisions and elevate service quality. You will collaborate across levels and functions to deliver a consistent, positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage end-to-end employee benefits processes across Asia Pacific.
  • Oversee third-party vendors to ensure effective, timely, and accurate benefits administration and service levels.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory compliance deliverables and reporting where applicable.
  • Manage and resolve employee and HR inquiries related to benefits, policies, and regional regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to Asia Pacific benefits administration.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support operational excellence.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Five years of experience in an operations environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in controls and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to effectively engage and support employees and stakeholders across varying organizational levels.
  • Sound judgment to independently resolve day-to-day benefits operational issues.
  • Effective multitasking, project management, and stress management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and analytical mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
