Job Description
- Lead AP Operations: Supervise an Accounts Payable team, manage daily operations, escalations, month-end activities, SLAs, and KPIs while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Investigate invoice issues, conduct 3C/RCA and Lean problem-solving sessions, resolve operational challenges, and drive process improvements and projects.
- People & Stakeholder Management: Coach and mentor team members, manage performance and behavioral issues, coordinate training, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba), reconciliation, analytics, accounting, and reporting.
A successful AP Team Lead - Issue Resolution should have:
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of end-to-end AP experience
- 4+ years of supervisory/team lead experience
- Stong skills in ERP systems, financial analysis, problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with working with an SSC or BPO
- Take ownership in a new role (EMEA/APAC shift)
- Flexible hybrid work set up
