Develop and maintain technical documentation, provide training and support to end-users, and ensure that solutions meet business requirements and industry standards. Basic Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of ERP package applications and business analysis principles
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, fostering collaboration and open communication to drive project success Other Qualifications:
Certification in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and practices
Experience with ERP package applications, including implementation, configuration, and deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams.
