Job Description
- Develop and implement AML policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and manage the organizations AML framework effectively.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities to relevant authorities as required by law.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on AML practices and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of AML practices across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to AML processes and investigations.
- Stay updated with changes in AML regulations and industry best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for AML-related queries and audits.
A Successful AML Manager Should Have
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing AML frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
