Airline IT Support Analyst (Reservation and Ticketing)

Summary Of The Role

Recover functional and technical incidents and requests or escalate them to resolver groups within Amadeus or to relevant third‑party providers to support timely service recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and investigate issues related to Amadeus systems, particularly in Reservation, Inventory, and Ticketing.
  • Understand the business impact of incidents and provide consistent, high‑quality support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Strive for effective first contact resolution by using appropriate tools and knowledge to restore service efficiently.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and resolver groups to support timely restoration of service.Build and maintain strong functional knowledge of assigned applications, system architecture, and industry standards, while staying current with operational practices and help desk methodologies.

About The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in the airline industry, including work with Reservation and Ticketing processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to analyze and address customer concerns clearly.
  • Ability to learn Amadeus products, solutions, and system interactions to respond accurately to customer questions.
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Taguig in a hybrid work setup.
  • Comfortable working independently with support from a manager as needed, and able to make informed recommendations using information from multiple sources.
