Primarily responsible for the following:
Assisting Certified UITF Sales Personnels (CUSPs) to onboard potential clients
assisting onboarded clients with their financial and non-financial related transactions and queries in a timely manner
help grow the SLIMTC UITF sales by developing relationship with the SLOCPI agency distribution team and the Certified UITF Sales Personnel (CUSP) financial advisors

Thorough knowledge of BSP regulations and trust and investment products (including but not limited to: UITF, IMA, TOFA, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income and Equities), current business practices, prevailing market conditions, investor behaviour, and financial market dynamics
Understands the information in the Statement of Account and is able to compute for data and discuss financial outcome in detail
Clear understanding of the sales process, including KYC and AML process and regulations affecting client onboarding
Proficient in using the MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
Qualifications
College graduate, preferably Sales and Marketing, Accounting, or any business-related course
At least 3 years of sales/account management related job, preferably from a BSP Regulated financial institutions
Must be willing to undertake the necessary trust course and other license requirement for proper job execution.
Responsibilities
Conducts sales oversight on Advisor led UITF sales and coordinates internally for other trust product/client referrals
Ensure complete KYC and documentation for Advisor led UITF sales
Conduct sales verification and pre-booking all advisor led UITF sales, when necessary
Ensures that the end-to-end booking process and documentation involving CUSP UITF sales are followed
Liaises with SLIMTC Fund Operations to ensure CUSP UITF sales bookings and redemptions are completed within the prescribed TATs
Coordinate with the proper team for Financial Advisor client referrals for other Trust products
Close coordination with internal units to meet client requirements
Adherence to AML, data privacy, and internal and external regulators compliance requirements
Assists in the transaction concerns of the clients and respond to their queries in a timely manner
Serves as the point of contact for direct client inquiries for onboarded accounts
Ensures the timely delivery of required reports of the client, in addition to the standard SOA
Monitor the mailboxes related to agency UITF financial and non-financial transactions and ensure that queries and requests are processed and met within the agreed TATs
Ensures the timely resolution of any queries, requests, complaints received through SLIMTC’s Customer Assistance Mechanism
Help grow and achieve the SLIMTC UITF sales through the following:
Serve as the main point of contact of the CUSP Financial Advisors in SLIMTC
Monitor UITF sales performance of the agency channel
