Job Title: Affiliate Lead – Beauty & Wellbeing Digital Commerce

Location: Bonifacio Corporate Center, BGC (Hybrid)

Role Overview

The Affiliate Lead will be responsible for owning and scaling the Affiliate Marketing ecosystem for Beauty & Wellbeing Philippines. This role is central to accelerating the digital commerce agenda, ensuring strong creator partnerships, a high-performing affiliate network, and best-in-class content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Ecosystem Strategy & Growth
• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for PH Affiliate Marketing.
• Expand and optimize the affiliate network.
• Build partnerships with MCNs, creators, and platforms.
• Affiliate Recruitment, Engagement & Performance
• Lead recruitment and relationship-building with top-performing affiliates.
• Oversee engagement programs and onboarding journeys.
• Own the Affiliate Rewards Program.
• Affiliate Events, Bootcamps and On-ground Activations
• Content & Livestream Execution Excellence
• Lead execution of Mega KOL livestreams.
• Oversee creator video pushes for innovations and campaigns.
• Drive Yellow Basket content scale-up.
• Performance Analytics & Optimization
• Monitor and analyze creator and affiliate performance.
• Provide insights to optimize conversion and GMV.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner Management
• Manage platform and MCN partnerships.
• Drive excellence in creator sourcing and campaign execution.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and digital metrics.
