We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join a growing healthcare organisation in the NDIS sector. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.

To succeed in this role, you must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, an effective communicator, and someone who is both efficient and organised. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate data, timely reporting, and seamless support across the business.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Maintain and update internal databases as directed by key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and prepare reports for various departments
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Support ad hoc administrative duties as required by the team
  • Assist with data collation and stakeholder management tasks
  • Uphold accuracy and efficiency in handling administrative workflows

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Are highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (non-negotiable)
  • Have prior experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Are an effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Are efficient, organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Can build rapport easily with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a healthcare or NDIS-related organisation
  • Prior exposure to data collation and reporting tasks
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (with flexibility for additional hours when required)
  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
