About The Job

The primary role is to lead the development, strategic planning, and execution of acquisition and co-brand programs. Drive partnerships, product innovation, and performance to achieve business growth targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead in identifying and evaluating co-brand opportunities aligned with business goals
  • Define acquisition and co-brand strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as customer acquisition, activation, and usage
  • Negotiate and manage partner relationships at senior level
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle and campaigns execution
  • Manage budget and ensure ROI on acquisition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements

What You Need To Have

  • At least 5 years of experience in credit card programs, partnership roles, or related fields
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects of the financial services industry

What Can Set You Apart

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software
  • Experience supporting agile product environments
