Job Description
Brand Relationship Leadership
- Own senior-level relationships with assigned strategic brand accounts
- Serve as the trusted partner and primary escalation point for brand stakeholders
- Conduct regular strategic check-ins to assess partnership health
- Monitor brand sentiment across all touchpoints and campaigns
- Identify potential risks and growth opportunities early and escalate when necessary Maintain clear brand health indicators for leadership visibility
- Ensure commitments made during sales and pitch stages are aligned with execution capabilities
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Creative, and Finance teams to deliver on brand expectations
- Support leadership with strategic recommendations to strengthen and expand partnerships
