The Opportunity at a Glance
A growing people-first outsourcing and offshore staffing partner is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the day-to-day performance of assigned offshore teams.
The business supports Australian and international companies through end-to-end outsourcing solutions — including recruitment, onboarding, HR, payroll, IT, compliance, and daily team management. This role is central to maintaining client satisfaction, driving retention, and ensuring high-performing offshore teams.
You’ll act as the strategic bridge between clients, offshore staff, and internal departments — ensuring KPIs are achieved, service standards are upheld, and accounts are positioned for growth.

 


How You’ll Make an Impact

You will own the health, performance, and growth of your assigned accounts.


Account & Client Management


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients




  • Oversee daily operations of offshore teams to ensure service alignment




  • Drive KPI performance, operational consistency, and client satisfaction




  • Manage invoicing approvals, incentives, and commercial coordination




  • Address escalations proactively and professionally




  • Identify expansion opportunities and support account growth initiatives




Employee & Performance Management


  • Monitor and track team KPIs and operational standards




  • Conduct coaching sessions and maintain structured documentation




  • Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required




  • Address employee concerns and manage retention initiatives




  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and compliance




Client Satisfaction & Retention


  • Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication




  • Implement strategies to improve both client and staff satisfaction




  • Recommend process improvements that enhance operational delivery




  • Support training initiatives and development programs




Operations, Reporting & Compliance


  • Prepare operational and statistical reports




  • Monitor workforce planning and schedule adherence




  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and performance frameworks




  • Coordinate closely with HR, recruitment, payroll, and operations teams





 

What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

(Non-negotiable requirements)




  • Are based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role




  • Have 3-5+ years of experience in account management




  • Have experience managing client relationships within an outsourcing, BPO, or offshore staffing environment (strongly preferred)




  • Have prior supervisory or management experience




  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills




  • Are highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)




  • Can manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment




  • Are dependable, organised, and able to work under pressure




  • Can work independently while coordinating across multiple departments




 

What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:



  • Experience directly managing Australian or international clients




  • Exposure to HR frameworks and labour law considerations




  • Experience driving retention and account growth




  • Strong reporting and data analysis capability




  • Background in scaling offshore teams





 

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Australian business hours)
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates only
Fully compliant PH employment — including taxes and government contributions
(Not freelance or project-based)
