The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Advisory Learning and Development team you play a key role in enabling the capability and readiness of the Advisory Line of Service through the planning and execution of impactful learning programs. As a Senior Associate you manage end-to-end program management, focusing on building meaningful client connections and navigating complex learning initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Advisory stakeholders and subject matter authorities, enhancing your personal brand while delivering exceptional learning experiences.

  • Support the development and execution of learning initiatives

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 4 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • 4 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Managing multiple stakeholders and complex timelines
  • Supporting instructor-led or technical learning programs
  • Excelling in communication and stakeholder management
  • Utilizing Excel and PowerPoint effectively
  • Familiarity with learning management systems
  • Exposure to Advisory environments or technical practices
  • Highly organized and meticulous
