The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software Engineering team you contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade IT systems. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your leadership skills while motivating and inspiring others to deliver exceptional quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality assurance processes for software products
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to enhance their skills
• Develop and implement testing strategies to improve product reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights for improvements
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
• Uphold quality standards and compliance with industry regulations
  
  

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
• 7 to 11 years of experience in software testing
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred
• Experience writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks in JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Understanding and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests
• Experience with performance testing and load testing
• Applying a learning mindset and taking ownership of development
• Actively listening and communicating clearly
