In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the SAP Human Capital team you make recommendations in support of the succession planning Performance management. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree

What Sets You Apart

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Succession, CDP preferred
  • SAP SuccessFactors ONB 1.0 & ONB2.0 preferred
  • Relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyze and integrate data throughout performance succession cycle
  • Experience in facilitating client process walkthroughs
  • Consulting skills with ability to drive client requirements
  • Experience in supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams
  • Experience in writing functional specifications for custom development
