Job Summary

In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the SAP Human Capital team you work on MDF and Foundation objects, Associations, business rules, workflows, data models, Picklists, Role based permissions, Instance sync, Release management, Position Management, Global Assignment, Translations, Reporting, advanced knowledge of XML. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical proficiency.

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 4 to 8 years of experience preferred
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred
• Experience in Employee Central End to end implementation or Support Project
• Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities
• Experience in country specific requirement gathering and configuration
• Experience in Business Rules, Intelligent Services
• Experience in Fit Gap Analysis, Requirement gathering
• Knowledge on Extension Center
