Job Summary

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Operations team you will oversee the day-to-day service operations and resource capacity of our AMS teams. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role offers the chance to drive service improvement initiatives, facilitating delivery while maintaining exceptional standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service operations and resource management for AMS teams
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to enhance service delivery
  • Drive initiatives for service improvement and client satisfaction
  • Secure impactful capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality in service execution
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
  • Analyze operational performance and identify areas for enhancement
  • Implement strategies to streamline service efficiency

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7 to 11 years of experience in operations management
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Proven experience in a similar operations management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and drive cost-efficiency
