In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the SAP Human Capital team you will focus on optimizing and maintaining payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. As a Senior Associate, you will provide specialized guidance, oversee application maintenance, and compliance with payroll regulations while enhancing operational effectiveness. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on payroll processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Secure compliance with payroll regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance payroll effectiveness
  • Provide technical guidance on payroll application maintenance

  • Mentor junior staff on payroll innovative practices

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Strong experience in application maintenance services
  • Proven ability to optimise and enhance payroll processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
