In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the SAP Human Capital team you will enhance and maintain HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. As a Senior Associate, you will provide specialized guidance, oversee application maintenance, and collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness. This position allows you to leverage your skills in a supportive environment while driving impactful changes in HR technology.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Strong experience in application maintenance services
  • Proven ability to optimise and enhance HR processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
