As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you will enhance client experiences and manage smooth resolution of complex challenges for Salesforce. As a Senior Associate, you will provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to Salesforce environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. This position allows you to take ownership of platform excellence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an administration, business analyst, or managed service capacity
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
