The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead the implementation of innovative Salesforce and nCino solutions that address complex client challenges. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire your team, securing quality deliverables while cultivating meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity. This role offers the chance to enhance your leadership skills while driving impactful projects that shape the future of our clients businesses.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7 to 11 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Proven experience in solutioning complex Salesforce solutions
  • Leading and facilitating client conversations
  • Understanding client needs from a holistic standpoint
  • Experience with deployment pipelines
  • Completing code reviews and supporting production deployments
  • Prioritizing client and user experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds
  • Building SQL and SOQL queries
  • Contributing to team’s technical acumen
