In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Risk & Regulatory team you will lead and manage multiple client engagements focusing on ITGC, ITAC, and business process controls. As a Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while driving client engagement workstreams, delivering quality deliverables that meet client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the strategic direction of IT risk and controls engagements, leveraging technology and innovation to enhance control testing and risk insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple client engagements focusing on ITGC, ITAC, and business process controls
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Drive client engagement workstreams to deliver exceptional outputs
• Shape the strategic direction of IT risk and controls initiatives
• Utilize technology and innovative approaches to improve control testing and risk assessment
• Foster enduring client relationships and maintain open communication
• Maintain adherence to professional standards and the firms code of conduct
• Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and improvements
  
  

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
• 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
