The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Patient Accounting team you will engage in healthcare revenue cycle management, focusing on accounts receivable follow-up and collections. As an Associate you will support senior staff, participate in project tasks, and develop your skills while building meaningful client connections. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of medical billing processes and enhance your analytical abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable follow-up and collections
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claims
  • Excellent communication skills with insurance companies and patients
  • Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
