The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you deliver exceptional support for Messaging and Collaboration platforms, enhancing client operations. As an Associate, you contribute to the management of day-to-day operations, focusing on continuous improvement and optimization of services while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful client connections and deepen your technical knowledge while navigating intricate challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and execution of service delivery projects
  • Support senior team members in developing strategies for client engagements
  • Engage in research to enhance service offerings and solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address client needs and expectations
  • Analyze data to provide insights that inform decision-making
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
  • Build relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration
  • Uphold professional standards and compliance with firm policies

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Messaging and Collaboration support
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Proven experience in managing large Exchange and Active Directory environments preferred
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrating analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Experience with third-party vendor collaboration
  • Knowledge of security standards and practices
  • Engaging in end-to-end incident and problem management
  • Reviewing and recommending improvements in technical environments
