You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you are set to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging advanced large language models and machine learning frameworks. As a Manager you are tasked with leading teams and managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role presents a unique chance to drive business transformation through innovative AI applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science preferred
• 6+ years of experience in Python and cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and DevOps tools
• Knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and generative models
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with curiosity for AI capabilities
• Familiarity with front-end or back-end development preferred
• Experience with multimodal models preferred
• Prior exposure to digital transformation programs preferred
