Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Databricks-based ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Drive implementation of Medallion architecture and reusable data engineering patterns.
• Optimize Spark workloads and manage performance and cost considerations.
• Integrate Databricks with cloud storage and orchestration tools to support batch and streaming workloads.
• Implement data quality checks, operational monitoring, and reconciliation processes.
• Support production operations, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to knowledge assets and best practices.
  
  

What You Must Have

• Minimum Degree Required (BQ): Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 4 to 8 year(s)
• Required Knowledge/Skills (BQ): Oral and written proficiency in English
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Extensive Databricks experience (PySpark, Spark SQL) and Delta Lake.
• Strong data modeling and ETL/ELT framework experience.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and orchestration tools.
