Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you will collaborate with various teams to assist clients in implementing and operating new capabilities while enhancing technology for improved business performance. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, supporting senior staff, and developing your skills to deliver quality work while navigating complex situations.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Demonstrating proficiency in SAP, specifically TM
  • Assisting in system reports and integrations development
  • Performing manual and automated patch testing
  • Developing weekly hours burn reports and support analysis
  • Offering functional and technical subject matter knowledge
  • Meeting with stakeholders to gather business requirements
  • Monitoring systems for performance and conducting root cause analysis
  • Collaborating in client-aligned teams to deliver outcomes
  • Familiarity with SAP FICO, MM, SD, and HR
