In SAP human capital at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will build, maintain, and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, emphasizing project success and maintaining elevated standards. This role offers the chance to leverage your knowledge in SAP solutions while driving meaningful client relationships and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules
  • Lead teams in delivering exemplary client solutions
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage client accounts and foster sturdy relationships
  • Confirm project success through impactful strategic planning
  • Analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 7 to 11 years of SuccessFactors PMGM implementation or support
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Experience in SAP Activate Methodology preferred
  • SAP Certified Application Associate Certification for SuccessFactors Performance and Goals preferred
