Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you help clients implement and operate new capabilities while realizing operational efficiencies. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members, leveraging your experience to navigate complex challenges and deliver quality solutions. This role emphasizes building meaningful client relationships and utilizing your technical strengths to drive transformation and innovation.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP Customer or related field
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
