You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Transportation Management team you handle SAP Embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA. As a Manager you oversee, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You manage integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, Event Management, GTS, EHS, EWM, maintaining project quality standards through KPI/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAP Embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA
• Supervise and coach teams to achieve project goals
• Manage client service accounts and engagements
• Independently solve and analyze complex issues
• Integrate with SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, and others
• Verify project quality standards through KPI and metrics
• Drive client engagement workstreams

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology
• 7 to 11 years of experience preferred
• Oral and written proficiency in English necessary

• Knowledge in SAP TM Master Data Management
• Experience in Order Management and Master Data
• Planning - Selection Profiles and Planning Profiles
• Experience in Freight Execution Carrier selection
• Knowledge of SAP TM business processes
