What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle US Payroll and Canada Payroll
• Demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Mentoring junior team members and conducting knowledge sharing sessions

• Understanding various payroll element configurations and calculations
• Conducting fit gap analysis and user training sessions
