Warehouse Supervisor

You’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch . You will ensure inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient workflows while supervising staff and coordinating with logistics , procurement, and operations teams to meet service and productivity targets.

What you’ll do

• Be responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel on the assigned shift to ensure proper staffing for productive and cost-effective receiving and dispatch operations.
• Administer duties required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse shift activities, including dispatching, receiving, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Ensure that no claims (including but not limited to inventory variances, stock damages, expired stocks, damage to customer assets, penalties, etc.) are incurred against the company.
• Recommend initiatives to the Warehouse Manager that improve productivity and cost efficiency, increase revenue, prevent revenue leakage, and generate cost savings.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, including preventive maintenance programs and necessary repairs, so personnel have safe and efficient tools to perform distribution functions.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cut-off times.
• Ensure all incidents and accidents are covered using Nonconformity Handling Tools (NHT) and reported within 24 hours of occurrence.
• Ensure Good Warehousing Practices (GWP) are consistently implemented.
• Handle special projects or value-added services and prepare corresponding billings.
• Prepare weekly revenue accruals and monthly billings for submission to Finance.
• Assist the Inventory Team in conducting cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Interpret company policies to warehouse personnel and enforce company work rules and regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree
