Responsibilities & Contribution:
- Own traffic, workload planning and capacity allocation
- Coordinate delivery against deadlines, budgets, SLAs and KPIS
- Track productivity and determine freelance requirements
- Enforce workflow, quality-control and brand standards
- Use WIP data to improve utilization and project efficiency
Strategic Alignment
- Improve operational efficiency, resource utilization and delivery quality while enabling scable APAC work-sharing, better commercial reporting and continuous process improvement.
Risk (if not approved)
- Without central traffic ownership, workload may become uneven and delivery slower. Freelancer costs, rework and senior-team coordination time may rise while productivity visibility and scalability decline.
