About The Job

The Territory Sales Manager will effectively lead and manage the performance of a defined set of regions across the Philippines to achieve the organizational sales strategic goals.

What Youll Do

  • Responsible for Sales Profitability
  • Develop sales plan in conjunction with Head of Sales Network .
  • Control of quality of sales performance, drive quality initiatives.
  • Provide value-added ideas and support RSMs in growing their dealers/client base.
  • Control and manage sales points efficiency .
  • Reduce and manage the risk in the area
  • Maintain an awareness of all promotions.
  • Cooperate with other departments and Sales teams to assure support for the area
  • Execute programs and tasks as assigned by Head of Sales Network

What You Need To Have

  • At least 8 years of experience in retail sales area
  • At least 6 years managerial experience
  • Experience in retail sales and knowledge in sales finance products
  • Cooperation with retailers or experience in distribution of products and services is advantage, especially from FMCG segment
  • S trong sales aptitude – with a desire to drive and move market share
  • Coaching and management talent. Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to influence others & to take a dominant role
