We are now looking for a Technical Manager to lead and drive technical excellence across telecom network solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions, and acting as the technical authority for customer engagements and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in transforming networks and enabling digital services for our customers.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage technical teams delivering telecom network solutions (RAN, Core, Transport, or OSS/BSS depending on assignment).
  • Act as the primary technical authority and escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, sales teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support pre-sales activities including technical presentations, solution proposals, and customer workshops.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build strong technical capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the organization.

You will bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in the telecom industry with solid knowledge of network technologies (e.g., 4G/5G RAN, Core Networks, IP/Transport, Cloud, or OSS/BSS).
  • Proven experience in technical leadership or people management roles.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end telecom solutions and system integration.
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and drive effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration mindset and ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Davao/CDO
