The position holder provides technical and administrative assistance to the First Vice President and General Manager of Hedcor Group by preparing analyses, summaries, reports, and technical and financial presentations that address the requirements of the office. In addition, the role involves researching, prioritizing, and following up on multiple incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature, and determining the appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Works closely and coordinates with the different internal stakeholders on behalf of the First Vice President and General Manager for project updates, compliance monitoring and other project initiatives

RECORDS MANAGEMENT

  • Updates, maintains and safe keeps files, documents, reports and other official data or information
  • Participates in preparation of important documents relevant to the requirements of the organization

TECHNICAL WRITING

  • Assists in researching market and industry developments as needed to support the operations of the business

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

  • Tracks First Vice President and General Manager’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.
  • Organizes internal and external meeting for First Vice President and General Manager, including logistical and substantive preparation
  • Provides special project leadership and support as needed
  • Manages the calendar of First Vice President and General Manager
  • Processes payments for all official expenses incurred by the First Vice President and General Manager.
  • Serves as the custodian of the company credit card for corporate expenses

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

  • Coordinates international travel of employees including flights and hotel accommodations
  • Provides assistance in travel requirements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in providing administrative and technical support to executives.
  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Engineering, or any related 4-year course.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • 1 vacant position available in Makati
