The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure the achievement of sales targets, efficient personnel management, proper inventory and cash control, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves leading the store team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management and Business Performance
Achieve monthly sales targets and store quotas for assigned brands.
Collaborate with the Area Sales Supervisor/Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
Address and resolve issues affecting store sales and overall business performance.
Coordinate with the Merchandise Planning and Control Department regarding merchandise requests, stock movement, and inventory requirements.
Prepare and submit required sales reports, including:
Weekly Sales Report
Month-End Summary Report
Categorical Sales Report
Monthly Work Schedule
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and effectively handle customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries.
Personnel Management
Supervise, motivate, and evaluate the performance of store personnel, including Customer Assistants (CA) and Customer Sales Associates (CSA).
Prepare, monitor, and manage employee work schedules, including opening and closing shifts, day-offs, holidays, sale events, and schedule adjustments.
Conduct store-level training and retraining programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Communicate company policies, operational updates, and instructions to staff through regular meetings and briefings.
Ensure compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures.
Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
Inventory, Cash, and Asset Management
Implement and enforce inventory control systems and audit procedures.
Monitor stock levels and report overstock and understock situations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Minimize merchandise damages and prepare monthly Merchandise Damage Reports.
Oversee cashier operations and monitor cash handling procedures.
Report cash shortages, overages, and deviations from established cashiering policies and procedures.
Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and safeguarding of store assets, supplies, and equipment.
Promote cost-effective management of store resources.
Store Image and Visual Merchandising
Ensure consistent implementation of company visual merchandising standards and store image guidelines.
Identify and report visual merchandising concerns and recommend improvements.
Participate in the planning and execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall housekeeping standards within the store.
Administrative and Operational Support
Coordinate with mall administration, leasing officers, suppliers, contractors, banks, and other external stakeholders regarding operational requirements and concerns.
Facilitate compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Area Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Support company initiatives and special projects as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–3 years of retail supervisory or store management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations effectively.
Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and retail reporting.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems.
