Resource Manager

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for process improvement
• Participate in the development and implementation of operational strategies and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
• Generate and present detailed reports on operational performance
• Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking
• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Contribute to departmental goal setting and planning
• Act as a subject matter expert in specific areas of operations
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement
• Proficiencies in data analysis and reporting
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  
  

Other Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Sales Analyst Professional (SAP) is a plus
