Ericsson is seeking a Network Solutions Lead to spearhead our domain sales initiatives, working in close collaboration with key account teams to solidify Ericsson’s position as the partner of choice in the 5G and RAN/RAN-Transport space. A seasoned telecom expert with a strong track record in driving strategic growth and influencing C-level decision-makers will thrive in this role.

As a Network Solutions Lead, you will:

  • Identify new leads and strategic opportunities across key accounts
  • Scope, define, and design end-to-end solution offerings for customers
  • Analyze customer technology landscapes and business needs
  • Lead customer engagements through technical presentations and proposals
  • Influence customer vision and strategy at the C-level
  • Conduct consultative, business-focused discussions to drive opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Coach and mentor internal teams, driving competence development across the organization

What You Bring

  • A degree or Master’s in Engineering
  • 12+ years of experience in telecom or related fields
  • Deep domain knowledge in RAN/RAN-Transport and 5G technologies
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering customer value
